Maximize the athleticism of your youth athlete to set them ahead of their peers. Our 3-month programs are designed to improve each athlete's balance, agility, acceleration, and top speed. Beyond just the physical results, the workouts also empower each athlete by building their self-confidence as well as their overall mental toughness.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Training Programs are targeted for 12 - 15 years old. The workouts are designed by Eazy Swarthout, Head Trainer at CrossFit Hoffman Estates. Prior to starting CrossFit Hoffman Estates, Eazy was the owner of Explosive Speed Gym and has over 8 year's experience training youth athletes. Eazy has designed a training program that will address the varying needs of all types of athletes. Our programs focus on progression in strength as well as building upon the athlete's overall speed and agility.
