Mo is one of Eazy’s first members from Explosive Speed Gym and has consistently worked out 4-5 times a week since she started. If you’ve been to a 5:30am class, you’ve been greeted by Mo’s friendly, welcoming smile. She doesn’t let programming dissuade her from coming in and scales when needed, but always pushes herself through the class.

WHAT INITIALLY GOT YOU INTO CROSSFIT AND WHAT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK?

I started out when it was just Speed & Agility classes and I loved it so I kept going when it changed to CrossFit

TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOURSELF. WHAT DO YOU DO OUTSIDE OF THE GYM?

Spend a lot of time gambling with my family :) My husband and I like to go to concerts and sports events


WHAT’S AN ACCOMPLISHMENT OR GOAL YOU’VE REACHED DUE TO CROSSFIT THAT’S MADE YOU THE MOST PROUD?

That I keep going 5 days a week (mostly). Alot of aches and pains but its worth it

Rope climbing (the fastest way)

ANY ADVICE FOR SOMEONE INTERESTED IN TRYING OUT CROSSFIT?
